Trevor Baptista serves as Director of Finance and Accounting at Dome Equities, where he is responsible for the firm’s financial and operational accounting functions. His responsibilities include financial and portfolio reporting, cash and treasury management, investor reporting, capital calls and distributions, routine compliance filings, internal controls, and oversight of accounting matters related to the firm’s real estate investments.

Prior to joining Dome Equities, Mr. Baptista served for four years as a Property Controller with RFR Realty in Stamford, Connecticut. At RFR, he was responsible for the accounting, audit, budgeting, and financial reporting activities for a portfolio of seven commercial real estate properties totaling approximately six million square feet.

Previously, Mr. Baptista was Assistant Accounting Manager at Albert B. Ashforth, where he assisted in the management of the property accounting and treasury functions. Earlier in his career, he spent four years with Ziner, Kennedy & Lehan as a Senior Accountant, where he was responsible for audit and tax engagements involving low-income housing and other real estate entities.

Mr. Baptista holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Roger Williams University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
