Mr. del Bono is responsible for creating and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions for the acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and repositioning of the real estate assets in the company's portfolio.

Mr. del Bono is also involved in asset management and oversight of operating partners and the execution of specific asset investment plans for each holding.

Mr. del Bono received his B.S. in Strategic Management from Babson College.
