Ms. Martinez supports the portfolio management team in overseeing asset management and operating partners, while also playing a key role in maintaining client relationships and managing daily operations.

Ms. Martinez’s previous real estate experience includes corporate marketing for both Sotheby’s International Realty and Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

Ms. Martinez received a B.A. in Communications/Business Marketing from The University at Albany (SUNY).
