Mr. Genesi is responsible for the Company’s financial reporting functions which includes overseeing the internal and external audits and ensuring the Company complies with its state and federal tax reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Dome, Mr. Genesi was a Principal at Berdon LLP. As a CPA and an advisor he assisted clients primarily in the real estate, construction and nonprofit industries with their accounting, tax and financial reporting for 22 years.

Mr. Genesi holds a B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
