Dan Bourla has seventeen years of real estate industry experience.

Mr. Bourla is responsible for deal origination, underwriting, and investment research.

Mr. Bourla spent four years as the Senior Analyst at NDC Capital Partners, working on the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of assets across all property types within the portfolio. During his NDC tenure, Mr. Bourla also developed new and enhanced existing financial modelling platforms used in executing investment strategies, asset management, equity raising, and reporting to high net worth clientele.

Mr. Bourla holds a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Emory University. Mr. Bourla is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Group of the New York Private Equity Network (“NYPEN”).
