The Shelby (“The Property”) The Shelby is a class A- 240-unit community built in Alexandria, VA delivered in 2014 and improved in 2020. Alexandria is located directly across the Potomac River from Washington DC. In Dome Equities’ opinion, the city is expected to experience significant employment growth created in part by Amazon’s HQ2 in National Landing five miles north and Virginia Tech’s new $1 Billion Innovation Campus development located four miles north.
